1. Services Provided

Grace Counselling provides online mental health counselling and therapy services. These services do not constitute emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.

2. Payment and Cancellation

Session fees must be paid in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.

3. Professional Boundaries

The therapeutic relationship is strictly professional. Contact outside of scheduled sessions should be limited to administrative matters (e.g., scheduling, billing).

4. Limitation of Liability

While therapy can be highly beneficial, outcomes are not guaranteed. Grace Counselling shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
